No, you are free to bring in the vendors of your choice. We recommend Jamie Events. They take care of all your rental, decorating, and other event needs. Contact them for details.

• DJs: Fully welcomed and easily accommodated. 
• Live Bands: We are unable to host full bands. The power requirements exceed our electrical system capacity, and connecting directly into the breaker box or upper electrical wiring is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. 

Yes, we require a $2,000,000 event liability insurance policy. Most clients obtain this coverage through their personal insurance provider. 

Yes, subject to the following guidelines: 

• Bartending: Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender carrying commercial liability insurance. All alcohol, including beer, must be served in a cup. 
• Alcohol Fee: There is a $500 venue fee for serving alcohol.
• Security: Venue-provided security is required if your guest count exceeds our designated limit. 

Yes, an ice machine is available.

Open flames are not permitted. All candles must be LED or battery-operated. 

Sparklers are currently prohibited due to proximity to the building overhang and parked cars. However, non-flammable alternatives such as glow sticks are welcomed. 

Clients are responsible for post-event clean-up. 

• Full-service clean-up by venue staff is available for an additional fee. 
• Please note: Regardless of clean-up selection, all personal belongings and gifts must be removed immediately following the event.
